Fresh flowers & plants
- Flowers and plants are living, natural products. Colour, size, and bloom stage may vary with the season and daily supply.
- If a specific variety is unavailable, we may substitute a similar flower or plant of equal or greater value while keeping the same style and price level.
- Indoor plants and cut flowers need proper care after delivery. Care tips are guidance only; we cannot guarantee how long they will last in your home or office.
Photos & product descriptions
Images on the website are representative. The finished bouquet, arrangement, or plant may differ slightly while preserving the overall look and value.
Allergies & sensitivities
Flowers, pollen, fragrances, and plant-care products may cause allergic reactions or sensitivity. Please tell us about any allergies when you order.
Delivery in Israel
- Same-day delivery in Netanya and nearby areas is subject to order cut-off times and courier availability (see our Delivery page).
- Delivery to other cities in Israel usually takes 1–3 business days. Times are estimates, not guarantees.
- Traffic, weather, Shabbat, Israeli national holidays, and peak seasons (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Rosh Hashanah, and similar) may affect timing — please order early.
- Provide a correct address and a reachable phone number for the recipient. We are not responsible if delivery fails because the recipient is unavailable or details are wrong.
- Orders placed from abroad are delivered only within Israel, to the address you specify.
Gift sets & add-ons
Some gift baskets or sets may include food, beverages, candles, chocolates, or other non-flower items. Read the product description before ordering. Sets that include alcohol are sold to adults aged 18+ only.
